Cambridge Property Management offers a variety of professional services including but not limited to construction materials management, architectural design, property management, leasing, brokerage, business law and accounting. The original mission of the company was to provide property management service to the government, including the Resolution Trust Corporation, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, various banks and savings & loans. In addition, receivership and foreclosure services were offered to assist property owners in restructuring real estate projects and turning them into profitable investments. These services continue today, and the company has been broadened to include conventional property management responsibilities for a wide variety of property types.
As an income property specialist, Cambridge Property Management has developed into a full service professional property management company. The company and/or its principal has been involved in the management of income-producing real estate primarily in Oklahoma. Cambridge Property Management managed apartments, condominium, single family homes, motels, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks, mini storage and mobile home parks. As experienced property management professionals, we have represented a variety of clients.
Since 2006, Cambridge has dramatically expanded its capabilities in the commercial leasing, brokerage and development areas with the affiliation with Jack Young, founder of Monterey Jack’s Mexican Restaurants. Extensive commercial experience is available to our clients and these talents expand our capabilities and services to our clients.
In addition to its property management activities, members of the firm are licensed and certified in real estate brokerage, appraisal, construction management, personnel management, automatic fire protection and architectural design and space planning.
Cambridge Property Management and its principal are active in community civic and professional affairs. The firm or its members have or do belong to (and have held offices in) the following organizations: National Association of Realtors (NAR), Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors (OKCMAR), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Building Owners & Mangers Association (BOMA), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), The Oklahoma City Commercial Real Estate Council, and The Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma (AACO).
